Busy salons with dryers going and dogs waiting in cages are a lot for some dogs. At the Millionhairs Club it's one dog, one groomer, and no cage dryers. Karen trained as a nurse before she trained as a groomer, and it shows in how she handles the ones who struggle.

“I would highly recommend Karen as a caring, professional dog groomer. Karen has been grooming my 7 year old Cocker Spaniel from 5 months old. He is always happy to go and looks fabulous when I collect him. Karen also grooms my elderly Springer Spaniel. She takes into account his lumps and bumps and lets him take a rest when he wants one. I also take my mother's Scottish Terrier Toby, to Karen. Toby is quite aggressive when being groomed and other groomers insisted that he was sedated whilst he being groomed however Karen manages to clip him without any fuss or trouble. She has a wonderful manner with all animals and I would never go to any other groomer.”
